Cancellation Policy
We value the time and needs of every client. To ensure we can serve as many guests as possible, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another guest who may be waiting for an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services. Missed appointments or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service total, applied to the card on file.
